Requisites for the best mental health of children

Health experts say that in order to make children mentally strong, they should be attracted to vegetables and especially green leafy vegetables should not be ignored at all.

Scientists at an American university have examined the brains of 1,500 children and adolescents between the ages of 8 and 24 and found that children who had iron deficiency performed better in brain exercises and tests than others.

Based on the evidence, science says that steel enters the body and eventually accumulates in the cells. Steel is essential for mental and physical performance. For example, in logical and rational matters, the proper physical quantity of steel plays an important role.

Ray leafy vegetables contain unusual amounts of iron, with spinach, cabbage and salads topping the list. The study was conducted by university professor Dr Bart Larson. He suggests that until the child reaches the age of 20, he should be given iron-rich foods or iron supplements.

Iron deficiency has been recorded in more than two billion people worldwide. Iron deficiency can lead to headaches, weakness, dizziness, yellowing of the skin and chest pain. Iron plays an important role in the formation of red blood cells and these cells carry oxygen throughout the body.

Babies need 8 milligrams of steel a day, while adolescents need 11 milligrams of steel. But surprisingly, girls need 15 mg of steel because there is a shortage of iron on certain days.

Dr Larson's research shows that iron accumulates in brain cells, and if it does not, it can lead to a number of brain disorders, as well as impairing brain capacity in acquisition, memory and logical functions.

Importance of green leafy vegetables

Humans are very old with both green leafy vegetables and greens. Despite their nutritional value, some people today consider greens to be mediocre food, but the fact is that life is based on these greens and vegetables. It is through them that nature prepares the necessary elements for the construction of life. Without them, life cannot be established on a healthy basis for long. Milk, which we consider a high-quality food, is another form of greens and vegetables. Scientifically, greens are rich in calcium, sodium, chlorine, phosphorus, steel, protein, and vitamins A, B, and E.

It is worth remembering about greens that greens and milk can be a great substitute for each other and greens can largely make up for the lack of milk in the body. Greens also help a lot in the growth and development of children. And if children are encouraged to eat greens and vegetables from an early age, this habit can protect them from many diseases and problems throughout their lives.
